Helping small businesses, public organizations, and communities make better decisions through practical strategy, clear communication, technical problem-solving, and grounded leadership.
I work at the intersection of business operations, technical services, public leadership, and community problem-solving. My work is rooted in turning complexity into clear next steps so capable people can move forward with confidence.
About Me
A practical, thoughtful approach to leadership, operations, and community work.
I help people and organizations find the structure, language, and next steps they need to move from “this is complicated” to “we know what to do next.”
I am a business owner, geoscience operations leader, school board director, parent, and lifelong learner based in Clear Creek County, Colorado. Across those roles, a common thread runs through my work: helping people make sense of complex situations and build systems that are practical enough to use.
My background spans small business support, near-surface geoscience operations, finance and communication systems, community engagement, youth development, and public-sector governance. I am most energized when I can help a team clarify the problem, organize the moving pieces, and make a grounded decision.
Whether I am supporting a small business owner, helping strengthen internal workflows, participating in public leadership, or learning something new, I try to lead with curiosity, stewardship, and a bias toward useful action.
